Janice Phillips is a dedicated, actively involved community member who is running for election to the North Andover Select Board. She is ready to get to work!
Janice currently works as director of community engagement at the Northern Essex Registry of Deeds. She previously worked as a professional doula for 11 years. Janice has a degree from Boston University in communication disorders and studied health communications in graduate school. She lives in North Andover with her husband, Chris, an assistant principal at Wilmington High School, and their two children: Abigail, a junior at North Andover High School, and Alex, a seventh grader at North Andover Middle School.
